  • Developed and currently manage the company's flagship newsletter, "Keeping Up With AI." Initiated the newsletter in May, 23 and fostered continuous growth, with a goal to reach 10,000 subscribers by the end of Sep, 23. Responsible for content creation, writing, and promoting the newsletter.

  • Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence. Create engaging content and design assets to captivate and inform our audience. Develop content calendars and lead the marketing team in executing social media campaigns.

  • Lead all branding initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels. Execute PR efforts to enhance our company's reputation and visibility in the AI education sector.

  • Personally responsible for all design work, including branding materials, content visuals, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with the marketing team to align design with strategic objectives.

  • Spearheaded the creation of persuasive and visually captivating sales decks, serving as a key liaison between design and client-facing teams. Ensured our presentations not only dazzled but also resonated with clients' objectives.

  • Initiated as a consultant, I assumed the mantle of enhancing user experiences within existing projects. This involved meticulous user research, establishing precise user-centric goals, and refining complex user flows to achieve seamless interactions.

  • Actively orchestrated the design-to-development lifecycle, upholding the integrity of our design vision during implementation. Simultaneously, I contributed to project planning, fostering streamlined collaboration between design and development teams.

  • Led a pivotal role in transforming the "Shop Freedom" extension into a user-centered powerhouse. This tool, geared towards notifying users of available coupons on visited websites, underwent a UX overhaul. I optimized user flows, making coupon access intuitive and efficient.

  • Championed iterative design processes, aligning our products with evolving user feedback and dynamic project requirements. My commitment to adaptability ensured our UI/UX remained responsive and ahead of the curve.

  • I spearheaded the development of a state-of-the-art business accounting website, called Groflex, and web application, emphasizing the creation of an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interface while upholding rigorous style standards.

  • My responsibilities included designing UI mockups and prototypes, iteratively refining them based on user feedback, and conducting extensive UX competitive

  • research.

  • I maintained a comprehensive library of design patterns and research findings to optimize design iterations, and I collaborated effectively on the implementation of new accounting features, aligning them strategically with business goals. My contributions improved functionality and user engagement, ensuring the consistent application of visual and interaction patterns throughout the platform.

  • After my first month, I began to leadership role by leading the sprint, where I continued to represent the design team in sprint planning and reviews, effectively communicating design insights, progress, and challenges to the product owner and stakeholders.

  • I presented rough drafts and design concepts to teams and key stakeholders, incorporating their feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • I onboarded new design interns, guiding them in integrating into the team and contributing effectively to design projects while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for their growth.
